Matt Joyce is a seasoned professional in social impact and organizational development, currently serving as a Partner at Envoy since 2017, specializing in organizational growth, philanthropic consulting, and inclusive hiring. Previously, Matt held the role of Director of Strategic Partnerships at the Center for Employment Opportunities from 2015 to 2017, where the focus was on providing employment services to individuals with criminal convictions. As Executive Director for the GreenLight Fund in Philadelphia from 2012 to 2015, Matt improved conditions for children and families in high-poverty areas through innovative program implementation. Additional experience includes working in various roles at the William Penn Foundation, Harvard University, and founding Philly Fellows. Matt holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Haverford College.
