Chrissy Kane

Chrissy Kane is an experienced Senior Talent Manager specializing in full-cycle recruitment across Engineering, Product, and Design. Currently at Envoy since March 2025, Kane drives hiring strategies and partners with the C-suite on executive-level recruitment. Previously at Meta, from February 2022 to March 2025, Kane led recruiting efforts for mid to principal-level roles in various engineering domains and managed a team of sourcers. Earlier roles include talent management at Envoy, strategic talent acquisition at EMME and Coffee Meets Bagel, as well as senior recruitment positions at Chartboost, Unity Technologies, and Zillow Group. Kane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from San José State University.
