Narida I. is an experienced Implementation Manager and Project Management professional currently working at Envoy since November 2021, where responsibilities include managing complex Enterprise Customer project portfolios and ensuring customer success. Previously, Narida led the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council at Perceptyx, Inc. and served as a Senior Project Manager, creating and implementing HR Employee Engagement programs. With an extensive background at IBM spanning over a decade, Narida has served in various roles including Solutions Expert and Client Services Specialist, where strategic project alignments and client relationships were pivotal. Educational qualifications include an M.S. in Education, Counseling Psychology from Fordham University, and a BA in Business Journalism from Baruch College, complemented by an AS in Liberal Arts from Queensborough Community College. Additionally, Narida has experience as a Mental Health Clinician and in project management across different organizations.
