Rob Blatt is the CEO and co-founder of envoyatHome. Rob has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, developing trading strategies and technology solutions for some of the world's largest investment firms.

Rob's journey in the financial industry began in 1987 when they became an instructor for Northeastern University's State-of-the-Art Engineering Program. In this role, they taught programming language courses and helped develop the curriculum for the program.

In 1989, Rob joined DuPont Capital Management as a manager in the investment technology department. Rob quickly rose through the ranks and was promoted to Six Sigma Champion, a role they held for five years. In this role, they were responsible for leading process improvement initiatives across the firm.

In 2000, Rob left DuPont to start their own trading consultancy, RJB Trading Solutions. For the next ten years, they worked with clients to design and develop technology solutions for trading equity futures, spot foreign currency, commodities, and treasuries on real-time trading platforms. Rob also created and implemented real-time technical indicators with trade opportunity identification signals, and developed controls for money management and risk management.

In 2010, Rob co-founded envoyatHome, a company that provides technology solutions for the home health care industry. envoyatHome has been growing rapidly since its inception, and today serves thousands of home health care providers across the United States.

Rob Blatt has a Wharton Management Program Certificate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Boston University.
