With over 20 years of experience in the crop protection industry, Bernard has a strong background in R&D and marketing across various global roles. They hold a degree in Agronomy from Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech and have completed additional executive education in Strategic R&D Management and Leadership. Throughout their career, Bernard has successfully bridged the gap between science, technology, and customer needs while managing diverse teams across multiple countries.
