Dee Brown

Dee Brown has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, as of March 2022, Dee is employed at Envysion, a Motorola Solutions Company, working as an IT Helpdesk Tier 1. From 2011 to 2022, Dee worked at Harvard Risk Management Corporation as a Certified Risk Management Consultant. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2022, Dee was a Writer at Writers Research Group, where they wrote articles for publication and edited the work of other writers. From 2008 to 2009, Dee worked as an Editor at Total Design 4, reviewing reports and correspondence for grammar and spelling. From 1994 to 2002, Dee served as an Administrative Assistant/Grant Writer at the Center for Child & Family Services, where they assisted clinical staff and the CEO and wrote grant applications that resulted in awards of over $400,000. Dee's earliest work experience was with the United States Air Force, where they served as a Communications Systems Technician from 1980 to 1992. During this time, they installed, operated, and repaired electronic communications equipment and performed additional duties such as inventory management and training.

Dee Brown's education history includes two key achievements. From 1981 to 1985, Brown attended the Community College of the Air Force, where they pursued an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Electronic Systems Management. Following this, Brown then studied at Christopher Newport University from 1988 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on science writing.
