Trent Spinner has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Trent started their career as a Lifeguard/Swim Instructor at the North Vancouver Recreation & Culture Commission in 2008 and worked there until 2017. In this role, they were responsible for accident prevention, pool management, and customer service.

Trent then pursued a career in the hospitality industry, first working as a Server at Northlands Bar and Grill from 2012 to 2013. During this time, they provided exceptional customer service and gained valuable skills in teamwork, communication, and time management.

In 2014, Trent worked as a Tasting Room Bartender at Deep Cove Brewers and Distillers until 2016, where they provided excellent service to customers.

In 2016, Trent transitioned to Leavitt Machinery as a Product Support Representative, helping customers maintain and repair their equipment. Trent collaborated with the service team to provide exceptional support and creative solutions, exceeding customer expectations. In 2017, they took on the role of Warehouse Solutions & Automation Specialist, further showcasing their expertise in the industry. Trent remained with Leavitt Machinery until 2021.

Currently, Trent is working as a Business Development Representative at EnWave Corporation, starting in 2021.

Trent Spinner has pursued their education in various fields over the years. In 2010 and 2011, they attended Vancouver Community College (VCC) to obtain a Professional Cook Level 1 degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Then, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing at Capilano University. In 2014, they further enhanced their skills in Marketing Management: Professional Sales by studying at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) until 2016.

Trent continued their education at BCIT from 2020 and is expected to complete their part-time Bachelor of Business Administration degree by 2023.

Apart from their formal education, Trent has also obtained several certifications. In 2012, they acquired the Serving It Right certification from go2HR - the resource for people in tourism. In 2013, they completed the Serious Beer Course Level 1 at the Pacific Institute Of Culinary Arts Inc. Additionally, in 2016, Trent became a Hootsuite Certified Professional after completing the certification program offered by Hootsuite Media Inc. Finally, they have an unspecified certification in Wine and Spirits Education Trust: Level 2 from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust, though no specific month or year of attainment is provided.
