• Developed and implemented full ESG integration processes for institutional investors across all asset classes with an aggregate AUM of > $10 billion (i.e., public equities, private equity / venture capital, fixed income) from policy development, idea screening / generation, and due diligence.
• Launched a comprehensive ESG program including establishing decarbonization targets, along with social initiatives, for an oil and gas manufacturer.
• Drove an ESG ratings upgrade at a major ratings agency for an oil and gas manufacturer from BBB to A.
