Dotan Omer currently serves as the Director of Protein Development at Emendo Biotherapeutics, a position held since July 2020. Previously, Dotan was a Senior Scientist at Biolojic Design, Ltd., from July 2018 to July 2020, where responsibilities included developing antibody-based drugs utilizing advanced protein libraries and efficient screening strategies. Prior to this, Dotan was the Head of Biochemistry at Smartzyme Biopharma from February 2014 to July 2018, leading a team of biochemists. Dotan Omer holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, obtained between 2010 and 2014.
