Danielle Starnes currently serves as an Education Coordinator at EO since March 2024 and previously held the position of Community Resilience Specialist and Community Resilience Manager at United Way of Southwest Virginia from August 2020. In these roles, Danielle manages projects within the Community Impact program and collaborates closely with the Vice President of Community Impact to develop strategic growth initiatives. Previous experience includes a Community Engagement Specialist role at Ballad Health, where Danielle focused on regional Population Health oversight, and a Physician Relations Manager role at Mountain States Health Alliance, facilitating communication between leadership and medical staff. Danielle has also worked as Program Director of Smart Beginnings at United Way, overseeing early education projects, and has experience in admissions, retail management, education, and health fitness coordination. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education from Lincoln Memorial University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Emory & Henry University.
