Dr. Benjamin Caplan is a board-certified Family Physician and an advocate for cannabis therapeutics, currently serving as Chief Medical Officer at The Commonwealth Project, where they lead initiatives to transform medical cannabis care for seniors. They also provide medical consulting at PinnacleCare and are the founder of multiple cannabis-related ventures, including the CED Clinic and the CED Foundation, focusing on improving access to medicinal cannabis. In addition to their role as an author for the Doctor Approved Cannabis Newsletter, they hold advisory positions at GreenAxs Capital LLC and have developed innovative technological solutions in the cannabis field. Dr. Caplan earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Medicine.
