John Fleming

John is responsible for leading special projects that arise from specific customer requirements and driving them to success. John plays a critical role in strengthening the Arabic business and leadership relationships in the Middle East region.

Prior to joining Acuity International, John served as Vice President, Intelligence Community Programs for Owl Cyber Defense. He had a 30-year career with the CIA, serving most recently as the Assistant Director of the CIA for Korea. John spent a large portion of his CIA career in the Middle East, where he served in senior leadership roles throughout the region.

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations and English from Lehigh University and a Master’s degree in National Security Strategy from the National War College. He completed Arabic language and Cultural Training at the Foreign Service Institute and is fluent in Arabic.
