Bill Keller is an experienced geophysicist currently serving as the Chief Geophysicist at EOG Resources since March 2021. Prior to this role, Bill held the position of Vice President - Geoscience Technology and Chief Geophysicist at EnerVest, Ltd. from August 2011 to March 2021, where a geophysical program was initiated and a team of technical professionals was built to enhance the company's geophysical and reservoir characterization capabilities. Bill has also worked as a District Geophysicist at Chesapeake Energy, focusing on key projects in the Haynesville Shale and Permian Basin from April 2007 to July 2011. Additional experience includes roles at Anadarko Petroleum and Kerr-McGee Oil and Gas. Bill holds a Ph.D. in Geophysics from Caltech and a B.S. in Geoscience from the University of Arizona.
