Dean Ham is an experienced Completions Consultant and Owner at RDH Consulting with a robust background in frac and wireline operations, having managed daily operations and conducted zipper fracs for various oil and gas companies since 2011. Dean has held positions at EOG Resources, EQT Corporation, Brigham Resources, and Statoil, demonstrating expertise in completion operations and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Prior to consulting, Dean served in operational roles with Halliburton, progressing from Equipment Operator to Service Leader, overseeing multiple frac crews and ensuring job performance and customer satisfaction. With a high school diploma and studies at Southwestern Oklahoma State University, Dean possesses extensive knowledge and leadership skills in stimulation and fracturing services within the oil and gas industry.
