Gregory C. Cox

Gregory C. Cox currently serves as Senior Counsel at EOG Resources, where responsibilities include managing asset acquisitions, divestitures, corporate transactions, and commercial real estate transactions. Additionally, Gregory is an Adjunct Professor teaching an Oil and Gas Transactional Skills Course at South Texas College of Law Houston, and a Director on the Board of East Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 4. As Chair-Elect of the Oil, Gas & Energy Resources Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, Gregory has held various leadership roles within the section since 2018. Previous experience includes positions at Locke Lord LLP and Greenberg Traurig, LLP as an Associate, where significant transactions were executed, alongside a tenure as Managing Attorney at Sadler Law Firm, LLP. Educational qualifications include a cum laude JD from South Texas College of Law Houston and a BS in Economics from Texas A&M University.
