James Cox

James Cox is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in mobile application development and leadership. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager and Mobile Lead at EOG Resources since October 2021, James has also been the Owner of Digital Roots LLC since June 2017. Previously held the position of Development Team Lead at MartianCraft, LLC, and has worked as a Mobile Consultant at UDig, a Senior Software Engineer at Snagajob, and a Mobile Application Developer at Capital One, where responsibilities included enhancing mobile banking applications. James's early career includes roles as a Co-op at BIT Systems and an Intern at Rockwell Collins. A graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, James specializes in iOS development and has a strong background in both native and hybrid mobile applications.
