Jay Walters

Jay Walters is a seasoned drilling professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Drilling Field Superintendent at EOG Resources since November 2020, Jay previously held various roles at EOG Resources from February 2011 to April 2020, including Drilling Supervisor and Drilling Consultant. Prior experience includes positions at Shell Oil Company as a Field Drilling Superintendent and at Century Exploration, St. Mary Land & Exploration, among others, where Jay also served as a Drilling Supervisor. Jay's career began at Transocean, where significant contributions were made as a Toolpusher on Jackups and Semi Submersibles from August 1993 to May 2006. Education was completed at Yoakum High School, graduating in 1990.
