Jesse Wolgamott

Jesse Wolgamott, MBA, serves as the Chief Software Engineer at EOG Resources since April 2018, where Jesse promotes high-quality commercial-grade software and enhances developer productivity through improvements to the open source ecosystem. Previously, Jesse held the title of Director of Software Development, leading a team of over 80 developers on front-end engineering projects, and as Manager of Software Engineering, developed strategies and recruiting techniques for a new distribution platform. Prior experience includes roles at MartianCraft, LLC as a React Engineer and at The Iron Yard as a Master Instructor, where Jesse crafted curriculum for software development. Jesse co-founded Comal Productions, Inc. and has held leadership positions at Travis Software, contributing to significant revenue growth and system reliability. Jesse earned an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Austin.
