John Lyle is an experienced geoscientist with a strong background in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as an Operations Geoscientist II at EOG Resources since December 2022, John has previously held various roles including Geo-steerer, Unit Manager, and Mudlogger at Diversified Well Logging, LLC from March 2021 to December 2022. Prior experience includes positions as a Geologist at Admiral Permian Resources and Resolute Energy Corporation, as well as Operations Geologist at J Cleo Thompson Petroleum and Geo-tech at Endurance Exploration. John holds a Master of Science in Geology/Earth Science from The University of Texas Permian Basin and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Sul Ross State University.
