Mark O'Koren

Mark O'Koren is a Geological Advisor at EOG Resources, where they provide support and mentoring while generating new play concepts. With extensive expertise in upstream project development, O'Koren has onshore experience in the Gulf Coast, East Texas, and Permian Basins. Previously, they served as President-Owner of ReSearch Petroleum, Inc., where they developed a large portfolio in the Greater Gulf Coast Basin, and held key roles at companies such as John H. Young, Inc. and Stephens Production Company. O'Koren earned a Bachelor's degree in Geological and Earth Sciences from Mississippi State University.
