Patrick Gallagher

Patrick Gallagher is a Senior Tax Counsel at EOG Resources since January 2023, having previously held the position of Director at PwC from August 2012 to May 2022, where responsibilities included managing Mergers & Acquisitions within the M&A Tax group, focusing on complex transactions with both strategic buyers and private equity. Earlier experience includes legal internships at the United States District Court Eastern District of Louisiana and law clerking for Lobman, Carnahan, Batt, Angelle & Nader and the Law Offices of Boggs, Loehn & Rodrigue in 2010 and 2009, respectively. Patrick Gallagher holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida, a J.D. with honors from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, and a B.S. in Finance from Louisiana State University. Education was completed at Jesuit High School of New Orleans.
