Rob Eales

Rob Eales is a seasoned professional in environmental management and sustainability, currently serving as the Director of Environment and Sustainability at EOG Resources since April 2018. Prior to this role, Rob held various positions at Newfield Exploration from December 2011 to April 2018, including Supervisor of Environmental Health & Safety and Senior Specialist in Environmental, Health, and Safety. Rob's career also includes experience as a Senior Environmental Engineer at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation from July 2007 to December 2011, and as an Environmental Engineer at MetaVu from July 2006 to June 2007. Rob Eales earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Northern Colorado between 2002 and 2006.
