Tracy Opp

Tracy Opp is the Division Regulatory Manager at EOG Resources, where they represent the organization before various federal, state, and local government agencies and provide policy direction on regulatory issues in the Rocky Mountain Region. They have developed district-wide programs to ensure environmental compliance and coordinate all necessary documentation for drilling and production facilities. Previously, Tracy owned PermCo, LLC, providing comprehensive permitting services, and held positions at Stone Energy, QEP Energy Company, Williams Energy, and Ellis and Associates, Inc., focusing on regulatory affairs and permitting across multiple states. Tracy holds a degree in English from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
