Vick Lagad

Vick Lagad is a highly experienced data engineering professional, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Data Engineering at EOG Resources since September 2018, where the focus is on developing high-performance, distributed, and scalable well economics applications utilizing technologies such as Airflow, SingleStore, Docker, Kubernetes, Python, FastAPI, Redis, Oracle, RabbitMQ, and Kafka. Prior experience includes roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Senior Data Engineer, where the transition of risk calculators to a Python-based framework was led, and at Navusoft LLC as Sr. Web Developer, overseeing the entire web component from design to support. Vick has also held positions as Sr. Software Engineer at ACI Worldwide and Systems Engineer at Bank of America, demonstrating a strong foundation in software development and project leadership across various industries. Vick holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Lamar University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
