Daniel Steele has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. Daniel began with a work experience at HQ Aviation, where they learned about small helicopter companies. In 2012, they had a work experience at Jacobs, where they gained insight into engineering and discovered their skills in 3D design. From 2012 to 2014, they ran their own business, Dan's IT Repairs, which steadily grew. At Chiltern IT Ltd., they worked as an IT technician and later as a systems developer, creating a website and implementing various systems. In 2015, they joined We Got Coders for a training program in full-stack web development. Daniel then worked at Earlymarket as a web and responsive app developer, leading a team and creating multiple apps. In 2016, they worked as a software developer at Moteefe, driving the initial development of a new platform. From 2015 to 2017, they were the CEO and lead developer at Omnidev, a web development agency specializing in custom-built applications. Currently, they are the founder and CTO of eola, a management platform for experience providers. Throughout their work experience, Daniel has showcased their skills in web development, software development, and team leadership.

Daniel Steele attended Berkhamsted School from 2009 to 2013, but it is not specified whether they obtained a degree or pursued a field of study. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Private Pilot's Licence in February 2012 and a Comptia A+ Technician certification from CompTIA in August 2012.
