Anthony Gilbert has over 20 years of experience in quality management. Anthony began their career as an engineer with Motorola in 1997. In 2002 they were promoted to Responsable Qualité Production & Distribution. In this role, they managed a team of 10 technicians and engineers and was responsible for the application and evolution of the quality management system (QS9000/ISOTS2). In 2006 they left Motorola to join Continental as Responsable Qualité Production Usine. In this role, they piloted the quality activities in the transfer of manufacturing lines to Eastern Europe, including customer communication and validation. Anthony also managed a team of 15 technicians and engineers in the closure of the site. In 2008 they left Continental to join éolane as COO.

Anthony Gilbert holds a DESS in Méthodologies, Analyses et Essais pour la Sûreté de from ISTIA Angers - Institut des Sciences et Techniques de l’Ingénieur d’Angers, an APICS Basics of Supply Management certification from APICS South Shore Chapter, and a Black Belt Six Sigma certification from Motorola University.

They work with Grace-Lingjia Colin - GM, China, Stéphane Loras - CFO, and David Jacquel - GM, East France. Their manager is Henri Juin, Chairman.
