Mike Caplan specializes in the development, acquisition, financing, and management of renewable energy and efficient generation projects, including cogeneration, biomass, landfill gas, solar, and wind. They served as Project Manager at AES in 2004, and as a Senior Consultant at FTI Consulting from 2002 to 2004. Mike held various roles at Fortistar LLC from 2016 to 2018, including Vice President, and is currently the CEO of Olivewood Energy LLC since 2018. In 2024, they became Director of Load Development at Eolian. Mike also has experience as Director of Finance at GridPoint from 2004 to 2006, and they began their education at London Business School, where they are pursuing an MSc.
