Tom Kruger has over 20 years of experience in land use planning and environmental permitting, with a focus on clean energy projects development. He has held key roles such as VP of Permitting at Eolian, Director of Permitting at Able Grid Energy Solutions, and President of Shadetree Consulting LLC. Tom's expertise includes preparing land use application materials, conducting environmental reviews, and providing project management services. He holds a Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado Denver.
