Paolo Mutinelli

Paolo Mutinelli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service management and business development across various sectors, including telecommunications, cloud computing, and hospitality. Currently serving as Head of Service Management at EOLO since September 2021, Paolo focuses on operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the wholesale sector. Previously, Paolo co-founded Freetaly, directing business development strategies for hotels, and held significant roles at iNebula and BT Global Services, where responsibilities included managing carrier relationships, professional services, and bid management. Paolo's career also includes technical and managerial positions at Albacom, Pride, SIA, and Alcatel-Lucent. Paolo holds a degree in Information Science from Università degli Studi di Milano and a high school diploma in Computer Science.
