Roberto Corea is a seasoned technical management expert with extensive experience in network operations center (NOC) management and technical support. Currently, at EOLO SpA since May 2011, Roberto has held key positions, including NOC Manager, where responsibilities encompass network monitoring, assurance, and implementation, as well as overseeing first and second-level technical support as the Helpdesk Manager.
