Simone Ferrazzi has extensive experience in technical support and quality training, currently serving as a Training & Quality Expert at EOLO SpA since November 2016, alongside roles such as Senior Installer Technical Support Delivery Operation and Team Leader Technical Support. Prior to this, Simone worked as a Sistemista at Andromeda Office S.r.l. from March 2016 to November 2016 and as a Tecnico Helpdesk at Dataexpert from July 2012 to December 2015.
