Sumathi SH currently serves as the Practice Head for Data Governance and Data Quality at EON Collective, where responsibilities include designing and facilitating workshops that significantly enhance data validation efficiency. Prior to this, Sumathi held the position of Client Data Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co., focusing on the development of data quality scorecards and compliance metrics. Earlier experience includes roles at AXA XL as a Senior Data Analyst, where digital transformation projects were driven through data insights, and at Oracle as an Analyst, contributing to Six Sigma quality projects. Sumathi holds an MBA in Marketing and Operations from Alliance Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
