Arthur Chait has a long and varied work experience. Arthur began their career in 1996 as General Manager of the software division at Zitel Corporation, where they grew the unit into a major player in software upgrade and migration services with special focus on Y2K remediation. Arthur was an officer and the primary contact with major stockholders and investors. In 1998, they joined Solectron Corporation, a leading contract manufacturing firm, now owned by Flextronics, as Senior Vice President. In 2002, they founded EoPlex Inc. and served as its first CEO in 2003 and Chairman in 2004. Arthur raised the first round of VC funding with Draper Fisher Jurvetson and Labrador Ventures. In 2014, they became an Adjunct Professor at both Notre Dame de Namur University and Menlo College. From 2015-2016, they served as a Judge for Start-Up Chile, a program that is part of Chile's economic development agency called Corfo, and as a Board Member for The Antigua Forum. In 2016, they were elected President of The Antigua Forum. In 2019, they became a Visiting Professor at Universidad Francisco Marroquín.
Arthur Chait obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Rutgers University. Arthur then went on to the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, where they earned an MBA in Marketing in 1974. Arthur also obtained an MBA in Strategy from the same school. Finally, they received a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from Rutgers University.
