Stefania Rizzo

Stefania Rizzo is a full professor at the Università della Svizzera italiana and serves as the Viceprimario responsible for the Clinical Research Unit at EOC Istituto Imaging della Svizzera Italiana. They have been involved in oncologic imaging for several years, holding positions such as Head of the Oncologic Imaging Section and Executive Committee Member for diagnostics in oncologic imaging at the Società Italiana di Radiologia Medica e Interventistica. They completed a PhD in Oncology, Hematology, and Pathology at the Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna and have held various medical and research fellowships, including at Harvard Medical School. Additionally, they are active in multiple European research organizations focused on cancer treatment and imaging.
