Ward Sents is currently the Associate Head of the Medical Department at EORTC since 2025, having previously been the Head of the Protocol Development Unit from 2018 to 2019. They possess extensive experience in clinical trial development, management, and coordination within various roles at EORTC, including Clinical Scientist and Junior Clinical Scientist. Ward earned a PhD in Biomedical Sciences from KU Leuven and also holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences and a Master After Master in Environmental Science.
