Simon Allen

Simon Allen is an accomplished professional in the field of User Experience (UX) and Strategic Design, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Design at EOS since September 2020, where efforts are centered on enhancing Customer Experience (CX) and User Experience (UX) in the 3D printing sector. Prior to this role, Simon operated as a Freelance UX Consultant in Berlin, providing expertise in product strategy and design for various clients, including EOS. Simon's experience also includes serving as a Senior User Experience Designer at Koerber Digital, focusing on IoT solutions for industrial machines, and as the Lead UX Designer at The Swarm (UK), co-founding a digital agency that created interactive media for cultural projects. Simon’s career began as a Digital Designer at Best Impressions UK, emphasizing marketing and wayfinding for transit authorities. Simon holds a degree in Communications Studies from Dublin City University.
