Matthew Johnson is a skilled consultant with extensive experience in business systems support and estimating within the construction and utilities sectors. Currently employed at Eos Group since March 2023, Matthew previously held significant roles including Business Systems Support Supervisor for the City of Chandler, where responsibilities included developing metrics and implementing mobile technology for utilities maintenance. Previous positions include IT Functional Analyst and Senior Maintenance Planner at Central Arizona Project, as well as Chief Estimator and IT Manager roles at both Dave's Construction Service, Inc. and Southwest Pipeline Contractors. Matthew began their career as an Estimator, accumulating experience from field engineering to software development across various organizations. Graduating from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Matthew combines technical expertise with leadership in estimating and project management.
