John Mears

John Mears has over 20 years of experience in the lighting industry. John started their career as a Regional Sales Manager at Lighting Services Inc in 1997 and later became the Director of Sales, where they established goals and strategies to increase sales and market share. In 2007, they were promoted to Vice President Sales, overseeing sales operations and business development for the company. In this role, they managed a team of sales managers and coordinators, ensured adherence to policies, and achieved sales objectives. John also curated sales forecasts, developed marketing budgets and strategies, and managed social media. In 2020, John joined Eos Lightmedia as the Director of Business Development.

John Mears has an MBA degree in Business from Northeastern University and a BA degree in Economics from Syracuse University.
