Jeff Ruby

Jeff Ruby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and leadership within various organizations. Currently serving as a Certified EOS Implementer® and Professional EOS Implementer® at EOS Worldwide since February 2022, Ruby also founded and continues to lead RedRock Leadership. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at M.E. Wilson Company and Owner/President of Sandler Training by The Ruby Group, LLC., which was sold in December 2005. Ruby's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Sales at Illumetek Corp., where responsibilities involved selling lighting retrofits to major retailers, and as an Outside Sales Representative at The Geopfert Company. Ruby holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Sales from The University of Akron.
