Jon Weening is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and business operations. Currently serving as a Certified EOS Implementer at EOS Worldwide since August 2019, Jon utilizes the Entrepreneurial Operating System to help teams clarify and achieve their goals. In addition, Jon holds the role of Chief Bridge Builder at TriBridge Solutions, where the focus is on fostering healthy workplace environments and aligning stakeholders towards common objectives. As President and Managing Director of Sonset Enterprises, Jon has overseen real estate investment and leasing operations since 2000, contributing to the success of multiple businesses in a prime location. Jon previously held various leadership positions at Weening Brothers Mfg., culminating in the role of CEO, where significant growth and cultural transformation were achieved. Jon’s career also includes experience as a Managing Partner at WBM USA, supporting sales in Latin America, and involvement with Trinity Equipment Sales as a partner and board member. Education was attained at Georgian College.
