Mike Yoder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. As a Certified EOS Implementer® and franchisee at EOS Worldwide since April 2017, Mike has focused on helping entrepreneurs and their teams achieve clarity and growth through the Entrepreneurial Operating System®. Mike is also the Founder and President of Equip4Growth LLC, established in April 2013, which aims to equip individuals for personal and professional development. Previously, Mike served as Chief Operating Officer at The Victor L. Phillips Co., directed operations at WeisCo, and held leadership roles at Allmand Bros., Inc. and Ambassador Steel Corporation. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University, graduated in 1989.
