Erik serves as a Board Trustee at Adapt Peacebuilding and previously held the position of President and Integrator at Focus21 Inc., driving organizational success through the EOS framework. As President of Diva International Inc., Erik led strategic initiatives that earned multiple awards, including Canada’s Fastest Growing Companies and Canada’s Top 100 Employers.
