EOSYS is an independent geoscience company specializing in the exploration, modelling and development of subsurface resources for the energy transition, resource sovereignty and the durable return of carbon to the Earth.

For more than 30 years, EOSYS has worked on projects involving geological imaging, 3D modelling, hydrocarbons, metals, water, geothermal resources and emerging carbon-energy systems.

Today, EOSYS focuses on the geological infrastructures of the transition: CO₂ storage and sequestration, biogenic CO₂, biochar, BECCS, geothermal energy, natural hydrogen, helium, critical resources, water management and territorial demonstrators combining biomass, soils and the subsurface.

Our conviction is simple: the transition cannot be designed only at the surface. It must integrate the deep cycles of water, carbon, heat, nutrients and mineral resources. Precise 3D mapping of the subsurface is becoming a strategic tool to secure industrial, agricultural, energy and climate projects.

EOSYS supports project developers, industrial companies, investors and institutions in:

– geological and geophysical opportunity assessment;
– subsurface risk qualification;
– evaluation of geothermal, natural hydrogen, helium, CO₂, water and critical resource potential;
– structuring carbon-energy projects;
– designing territorial demonstrators;
– integrating sovereignty, financing, climate compliance and sustainability issues.

EOSYS is notably developing approaches around distributed geological storage of biogenic CO₂, bioenergy coupled with the return of carbon to the subsurface, and geological carbon neutrality — Geological Net Zero.

Our role: turning geoscientific knowledge into robust, financeable projects that are useful to territories.
