Donna Copeland

Donna Copeland is a seasoned Training and Development Manager at EOSYS since April 2022, with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various training and consulting roles. Prior to EOSYS, Donna served as a Training and Management Consultant at Copeland Management, Incorporated from October 1997 to September 2022, where expertise included developing training systems and materials for clients such as Ford Motor Company and various martial arts schools. Notable achievements include designing Train-the-Trainer programs for technical instructors and facilitating leadership development events. Donna's earlier career involved roles such as Instructional Designer at Hughes Training and Event Director at Saturn Outside Services, contributing to a wide range of training initiatives in both technical and soft skills domains. An alumnus of Eastern Michigan University, Donna holds a Bachelor's degree and has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing training effectiveness across diverse environments.
