Michael Mullins has a diverse work experience starting from 2001. Michael began their career in the United States Marine Corps as a Field Wireman, where they served two duties in Iraq and gained experience in setting up, operating, and maintaining wire networks. Michael also managed a team of 60 ranks and demonstrated quick problem resolution in a high-stress environment.
In 2005, Michael worked as a Customer Sales Distributor at Schwans, where they built strong customer relations, executed timely deliveries, and managed invoices and paperwork.
From 2012 to 2014, Michael served as an Engineering Technician I at Terumo Cardiovascular Systems.
In 2006, Michael joined Xoran Technologies as a Customer Service Engineer, providing on-site installation, maintenance, service, and technical support for Xoran product systems. Michael also offered customer support, including training, troubleshooting, and quality assurance. Later, they transitioned to the role of a Senior Electro-Mechanical Technician, responsible for various technical tasks.
From 2014 to 2015, Michael worked as a Test Engineer at Xoran Technologies, conducting tests in a development environment, writing test cases and procedures, and employing automated test tools.
In 2015, Michael started their journey at L3Harris Technologies as an Engineering Technician III, and then took on the same role again in the same company.
Finally, in 2020, Michael began working as an Engineer Technician C at EOTECH.
Michael Mullins obtained their A.A.S. degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute-Canton, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in Commercial Aircraft Pilot SEL from the Federal Aviation Administration in October 2019, and as a Certified IPC-A-610 Trainer from CONFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. in October 2018.
