Michael Russell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, product design, and law enforcement. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at EOTECH since October 2025 and a Principal Product Designer at MCR Laboratories, Michael contributed to the development of the world’s first tool-less suppressor burn guard, earning US Patent #12,449,220.
