Rich Beers

Rich Beers has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Rich started their career at Ford Motor Company as a Calibration Technologist in 1991 and continued in the same role at Visteon from 1996 to 1999. Following this, they worked as an Engineering Technologist at Visteon Corporation - Audio & Infotainment from 1999 to 2007. Rich then joined OnStar as a Systems Validation Engineer from 2008 to 2009. From 2010 to 2015, Rich worked as a Software Validation Engineer at AutolIv. Rich then joined L3 EOTech in 2015 as a Test Engineer and transitioned into the role of Senior Test Engineer in 2020.

Rich Beers attended Lawrence Technological University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management (BSTM) with a focus in Engineering.
