Mechanical Design Engineer at EOTECH

Stuart Presley has over 30 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with expertise in designing electro-mechanical and vacuum components. Stuart has worked with various companies, including EOTECH, Park Scientific, Scientific Instruments, and Surface Science Instruments. At EOTECH, they designed mechanical components for night vision camera systems, while at Park Scientific, they were involved in all aspects of building, testing, and installing STM. At Scientific Instruments, they designed custom UHV sample handling systems and participated in the R&D of adding AFM and variable temperature to the Park Scientific UHV STM system. At Surface Science Instruments, they worked as a field service engineer for a few years and later became a final test engineer who contributed to the design of several custom mechanical upgrades to the Xray Photon Spectroscopy Instrument.

Stuart Presley completed their AA in AC and DC Electronics at DeAnza and Technical Training Center Cambell in 1984. It is unclear whether they attended any educational institutions between 1984 and their next degree, as no start or end year is provided for Cheonggang Academy. Stuart Presley obtained an AA Degree in Digital and Analog Electronics from Technical Training Center, although the dates of attendance are unknown. Stuart also obtained a certification in SolidWorks from Hawkridge Designs Inc., although the date of completion is unknown.
