Waylin Wing is currently employed as a Research Scientist at EOTECH, specializing in optics, holography, and electro-optics for visual aiming and augmented reality systems. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Optical Engineer at EOTECH, focusing on designing new optical systems. Waylin Wing previously held positions at LumenFlow Corp., Nanophotonics Laboratory, Army Research Laboratory, Electromagnetics Research Laboratory, and CREOL. They hold a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Optical Science and Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering from Central Michigan University.
