Shiva Kumar

Shiva Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Shiva started their career at Accenture as a Financial Insurance Analyst from August 2004 to February 2007. Shiva then joined Thomson Reuters as a Senior Market Analyst from November 2010 to June 2013. Following that, they transitioned to the role of Content Team Lead at Thomson Reuters from July 2013 to January 2014. Shiva then joined Gallagher as a Senior Team Manager (Operations) from February 2014 to June 2022, where they were part of the Pilot transition team and successfully onboarded 6 new clients. After that, they worked at ReSource Pro as an Assistant Manager - Service Delivery from July 2021 to June 2022, where they handled premium US P&C Insurance accounts. Currently, they are working as an Operations Manager at EOX Vantage, starting in June 2022. In this role, they are responsible for driving process efficiency and creating insurance client portfolios, among other responsibilities.
